From the moment we arrived everybody was very welcoming and kind, made us feel we arrived home. From check in to guest relations, bell boys, restaurant staff all very nice provided more than five star services. The stake house was one of the best culinary experiences in our entire life :) Beds are super comfy, big terrace overlooking the marina, huge bathrooms, lovely breakfast available until 12:30 which is great for those who get up late.

Duty Manger Mr. Carlos was very good and he compensate us with free breakfast and room upgrade due to house keeping incedent

Every thing I stayed there 14 days It’s a Royal place, service, spacious rooms, well trained staff, good food, amazing location that’s connected to Galleria Mall & Cleveland Hospital. We offer over 10,000 sq. ft. of event space, three outdoor pools, and a private beach. Our room was big and bright, offering a very nice view from the 39th floor. The hotel offers a wide variety of restaurants that take you around the world on a culinary tour. This, combined with the excellent service from all the staff and the nice and relaxing atmosphere from the pool and private beach made our stay excellent. Also, the concierge service is very professional and helped us with all the recommendations and reservations we needed.

The Emirates Palace also has a fitness centre, 'Water Sports' and 'Aqua Fun Park' amenities, and a kids’ club, so enjoyable small guests will beg their parents to stay. Service in general was awesome, whether at reception, pool or help getting a taxi. Very good breakfast and room service.
