AMAZING hotel, with very kind staff and a great swimming pool & breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Khiva. They have a free private shuttle for the clients of the hotel, that brings you to the old city whenever you want, and takes you back whenever you want as well.

Free shuttle to the town and railway station. Very clean, extremely great breakast and most friendly Suleyman who was taking us by golf-car to the Town and back, even if there's only about 1km, but in summer and +35-40 degrees even 20 minute walk is too much. And clean medium size swimming pool. Amazing.
Highly recommended. It's very nice hotel with nice staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and good swimming pool. They also drop you down to Old City and pick you up on Golf Cart.

Very comfortable hotel to stay with; make you feel at home...very attentive staff including Sulaiman and his team that would cater for your every request. The breakfast is superb. And the buggy that sends you to historical sites for free ..and yes...the swimming pool that you can jump into in this hot summer session.
All 4 rooms we have booked were very spacious.
The apartment we had was very fancy with national costumes which we could use for making pictures.
