Clean, spacious suite with more room than you could imagine! Love that every suite has a private balcony and so far I've not had any issues with parking (some places in town have either no parking or really tight spots that make me fear my car will get scraped or dinged). It's a 3-minute walk up to the boardwalk and beach, central to everything, and the property is nice and quiet. Biscayne Suites is becoming my new favorite place to stay in OC and I'm already planning my next stay!

My son and dil were married at the Flanders. It was a wonderful event, the staff couldn't have been more helpful or professional. We all had a wonderful time, including 6 grandkids.

There was a problem with the water staying hot. The first three days the water was cold most of the day facilities did their best to help. On Saturday Manager made a decision to move us into the Impala Suite it was a lovely one-night stay. Thank you again. Hope to come again and stay there!

We loved that it was close to the beach and boardwalk. The kids loved the swimming pool and the pool was clean. They also included beach tags for everyone staying.
