Location is within walking distance of city center but on the edge of marginal area. Regentrification is in progress in the area but still some time away. Would urge mgt to make a daily effort to remove litter from outside their premises and urgent their business neighbors to do same .

The Cirque Du Soleil show was nice and if you have an atrium room with a balcony you can see it for free but bring binoculars to get a closer look They have Ice skating around $30 per person, an Arcade, and Bonus; free gym, pool and hot tub. You can go sightseeing by bus or go to nearby attractions for $$$$. Bonus! Free shuttle to the MGM Casino but all the Hotels offer this.
