Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great for staying an evening, and leaving early to the airport. Was ideal for this. Hotel recommended a nice restaurant close by and we had a lovely dinner for our last night. Room was very comfortable, and really appreciated the prompt free shuttle super early in the morning. It only took 5 minutes or so by shuttle to get to the airport.
Handy having restaurants, and a Target nearby for last minute pickups.

The staff was great - from the reception to the bar to the night shift person who organized a hair dryer for me to the breakfast staff and the driver to the airport.

The location is very good as its in front of the airport plus they provide a shuttle service for airport drop.

The rooms were nice and clean price was kind of high pool was nice did not eat breakfast because it's $20 for a buffet is way too high cannot eat that much food other than that the staff were great
The location was perfectly close to the airport (not walkable but a short taxi ride). We did not use the pool but it looked nice enough. Ditto the exercise room.
My family and I flew in to meet my sister who is staying in NOLA for a few weeks. We wanted something affordable, somewhere that included breakfast and had a pool as well. The people at the front desk were helpful and housekeeping were very friendly and didn't mind giving us extra towels. The pool are was okay, we used in 2 times out of 7 days that we were there. The breakfast options was mediocre but was convenient.
Couldn't fault our stay at all, the room was very spacious, staff were very friendly, breakfast had good options, loved that they had a glass sliding door between lobby and elevators so only people with a key card could access the rooms which made us feel extra safe within the building, plenty of parking, the outdoor pool area was lovely, as was the courtyard at the front of the building which is something we hadn't seen before in our travels
The highlight of our stay and trip overall was the pool in the Metairie location. It's cleaner and swimmable, but one of the umbrellas was broken and the pool needed a handheld skimmer net to clean bugs or trash in the pool. Breakfast was included, and had options, eg. pancakes, waffles, coffee, juice, milk, cereal, yogurt, fruits, oatmeal, bread, and bagels.
Good sized bedroom & swimming pool . In need of a refurb to bring it up to date but generally fine & clean . Plenty of charging points in all the public areas .The biggest asset this hotel has is its staff who are really friendly & helpful. Special mention to Anna on reception.
