Location by the Lincoln Harbor Ferry was exceptional with stunning views of Manhattan. Staff were always friendly and couldn’t do enough to make my stay a success.

It was a good location, we drove to the car pool pick up to enter Manhattan, we have stayed at other hotels near this one and we are familiar with the location, however, there is a lot we could improve in this hotel, not sure if we will use it again in the future.
The room was fine, large enough for five people. The bathroom was suitable with bath/shower, equipped with soap. The hotel offered also a small gym and swimming pool (do not forget your swimsuit!).
Location is great, a few metro stops from Manhattan, metro station just next to the hotel. And the view over Manhattan is amazing, nice walk along the river to enjoy it.

Room was quiet, bed was comfy, swimming pool was a good size and a nice bonus (though VERY shallow in the shallow end - very child-friendly, not so friendly on your knees for adults!) Very convenient location right next to the PATH train station, so easy to get to Manhattan in 15 minutes or so.
