The overall experience was great. We stopped here in our way to Glacier from Yellowstone an it was just a bless. Finally, the hotel staff is exquisite and very helpful!
Loved the person who was checking us in! He was super friendly and very informative! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable! No swimming pool but there was a hot tub which we took advantage of! There is fresh popcorn in the lobby! Plenty of parking and close to restaurants!
Staff were attentive and professional, eager to meet every need. Onsite restaurant was excellent in quality and service. Location in the heart of Helena is ideal for seeing the sights. Plenty of no cost parking. Room was clean, neat and spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Good swimming indoor swimming pool for exercise.
My previous experience of Best Western hotels have been in the UK where the overall experience has been average with generally tired hotels. However, the opposite was the case at this hotel in Helena. The staff were very helpful the room a really good size and great value for money. There was also a very good sized swimming pool and fitness centre. The general location was good for Helena (just 15 minute walk to the main centre) and there was a nicely kept area just outside the hotel to sit and eat lunch/have a drink.
Spacious clean room. Comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast! I regret I didn't have time to check their swimming pool and gym, which look nice. This hotel is a real gem!
