We were delighted to receive an upgraded room because I misunderstood the type of room I had reserved for our 3 night stay. Kids loved the winter experience of an indoor outdoor swimming pool. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent and complimentary. Very clean. All employées were friendly and efficient.management was circulation in the breakfast room and at diiner time. Front desk manager Robb orchestrated the room upgrade with me before I even suggested it. Very happy to make this my favorite hotel!

The staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, the king bed was super comfortable, and the soundproofing between rooms was excellent. We did not hear a thing all night so had a great sleep to continue on our journey.
