Here from UK and travelling the SW. This is by far the best hotel/motel we've stayed in so far. We even booked an extra night. Pool is great, room is great, staff are all great. No in room coffee/tea facilities but the onsight coffee shop makes better than I do so def can't complain + get discount as a resident. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Our room met our expectations and it was very quiet.
nothing. only thing that was cool was the pool that i didn’t swim in but from a distance it looked nice. the restroom mirror was cute but there was no reason to add a coffee pot next to the restroom sink.
Location was decent, close to many food options, shopping and a short drive into San Diego. Very close to the freeway. Room was updated and clean, staff were friendly. Pool and hot tub were a nice size.
The room was ok, all good, clean and comfortable. Equipped with AC, mini-fridge, microwave. We like the room as there is also a space for hanging wet clothes which is really convenient. There is also a bathtub. During our visit, the swimming pool was closed and locked with notice from authorities (maybe due to hygiene and safety issues not sure). Parking is a little bit hard especially at night.
Property was very clean. Staff very nice, friendly, accommodating, helpful when asked. Parking adequate and spaces good. Waffles for Cont. Breakfast excellent. I liked hard boiled eggs in am. It would have been nice to have scrambled eggs, & bacon or sausage everyday like Holiday Inn Express. Showers were very good. It would have been better if the showers had hand-held handles as well. Personal safe in room would also have been good. Indoor swimming pool would have been outstanding!
Facilities - excellent pool with ample sun beds, bar food,and drink was excellent as well. The pool stayed open along with hot tubs till 10. The cottages provided outdoor firepits and BBQ facilities which made it more special.
Customer Service: One of the receptionists named Montse is the only one who is very nice, pleasant, helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness: Clean, neat, and spacious rooms.
Quietness: The Hotel is relatively quiet except the rooms facing the swimming pool and Courtyard Patio.
Location: Good location, close to all.
The jacuzzi was comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were always empty. Almost No one there, so I enjoyed my self. Staff were cool and bubbly. If i would go back, it would probably be because the jacuzzi was definitely relaxing and pretty quite at night.
