We loved the breakfast and the kick back (happy hour). That was unexpected. It’s a much more elevated breakfast situation compared to other hotel’s free breakfast. The staff was all VERY friendly! They all seemed like truly engaged employees which was also refreshing. Beds great, shower pressure excellent, kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool!
It was comfortable but the pool looked murky and so we did not want to swim. Which was one thing we were looking forward to. I think they need someone to care for the pool everyday
Breakfast is prepackaged for quick departures. Room was clean, the kitchen cleaned though the refrigerator was showing its age. All appliances worked. The swimming pool was nice, but small. Front desk staff was helpful.
We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub area was closed for renovations. We would’ve booked elsewhere had we known that ahead of time. The hotel should have let us know at the time of booking that it was closed. Also, our room was dirty compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The bathroom was gross and the sheets had hairs on them from previous guests.
