This is the most caring and kind hotel I stayed in. On the day I checked out, I mistakenly locked the car key in trunk. I rented it from Herz. I am Chinese and my English is not good. The front desk lady spent a lot of time helping me call Herz. As we all know, Herz's phone calls are difficult to get through, and she didn't tire of it and called for several hours. Later, the unlocking personnel sent by Herz were also unable to help me open the trunk of the car. She came to my car and tried to help me open it. Another man from the hotel, I suspect the boss, also tried to help me open it and called Toyota for help. I am so grateful to them. They are loved ones, and I will remember their help. I will still stay here next time I come to Champagne.

The Staff is So Professional & Kind every single person I came into contact w/ from the time I stepped into the Hotel on Friday until the day I left on Sunday,including the bar staffs .The room's atomophere is so pleasant & very clean. Im so happy that my nephew Dorian who work in the maintenance dept.introduce me to Hyatt this is my second stay & will be the only Hotel I will stay when visiting my family .I also lost my wallet on Friday & on Saturday I went to check at the desk & they had found it & put it away.
