The hotel was beautiful and kept very clean. King sized bed was incredibly comfortable and a waterfall shower was enjoyable as well. Complimentary water bottles and Starbucks coffee in the room were great as well.

The staff were so so kind, I got off my 11 hour flight during which I had food poisoning and they kindly helped me find a banana which I could try to eat, at about 11PM at night! The location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry. The rooms were also so so comfortable.

15mins cab ride from SFO at $25. There is a bus but it has unusual hours for afternoon flights. The Hotel was clean and very modern with small outdoor pool and a very clean gym. The complementary breakfast was great and all the staff were very helpful & friendly. This hotel had some bad reviews but no of them stood up to scrutiny from our stay. Mountain Mikes Pizza stays open until 2300 which is great for late arrivals like us.
