The location was excellent - a 25 minute walk to the office. Lift out of order, can happen but points offered instead of a reduction in the room rate. Also saw housekeeping having to drag massive sacks of linens and towels up the stairs on their backs - felt very out of order. Bill also included USD5 per night for parking as standard - I was walking! This was removed when queried after checkout but how often does this slip through - very cheeky.

During booking we were offered the choice between two Queen or one King bed, we booked King. Upon check in, we were given two queens??? No other option, just a sorry. Not good.

The ladie at the counter was so kind to me. Big smile, i liked that. The mattress & pillows are SO comfortable. We had access to the pool/jacuzi until midnight, which we also liked but wasn't able to use it ( we forgot our swimsuit)
If you want the breakfast, you have to be early to have fresh food. (Either way its still good even if you're a little bit late) THE APPLE JUICE IS DELICIOUS!!
