Absolutely stunning location on the lake and we were so lucky to have snow which is a huge novelty for us. We wished we could have stayed longer! If we ever go back, we will definitely stay here. Very clean room. Extremely comfortable and warm. Had all the amenities I needed. Gas fireplace on a timer was a great idea. Staff were very efficient and helpful. A very short distance from the village, lovely to stay that is so walkable.

We liked how beautiful and unique the hotel was on the inside and outside; it wasn't your usual standard hotel furniture and decor. The location was great because it was easy to get to, but off the main road. We could enjoy the forested location without being hemmed in by other buildings and noisy roads. The walking and biking path through the forest behind the hotel was a big plus, and the hot breakfast was wonderful, as well. Apparently Booking.com did not forward our specific requests regarding the room, but the hotel made some quick changes to accommodate our requests.
