Location was great, 5 minutes away from the city centre but still it felt as if we were in the countryside. The rooms were big and were clean. One of the rooms had a fridge. The female receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Ira always had a smile in her face, which made us feel welcome :)

++nature,park,mineral water dwell,pool,breakfast --pricing of amendments is ridiculous(sauna for 2 - 2000UAH, tschan f.2,minimum 2 hrs-5000, soup bograch a la carte - 420 UAH), guidance (parking,from/to rooms,breakfast etc)rather chaotic, difficult to fix room temp, to lock room door, codes for doors to exit park to castle worked just at one of 3 doors...
-Beautiful location outside of Uzhhorod and easy hike to historic castle ruins
-Staff - amazingly kind (all of them) despite my language barrier of Ukrainian/Russian
-Spa accessibility - I only wish I didn't have such jetlag and could have taken advantage of the massage/extra fee services; regardless, the spa and pools were just wonderful and very clean
-Transcarpathian menu - delicious, local food
-Excellent value
Spacious and comfortable room with all needed amenities included. Good comfortable bed. Nice balcony with superior view to the forest. Tasty food in the main and traditional restaurants. Amazing and relaxing spa zone with big swimming pool. In close proximity to Uzhorod and old castle.
