Sunset Hill is a great place to stay if you're ever in Koh Phangan. Elaine, the hotel manager made everything easy for us as she also helped us with transportation to/from the Full Moon Party. She was very accommodating and made sure everything is perfect during our stay. Location wise, there are plenty of beaches and cafes around. The hotel also offers free shuttles down the hill and/or to Secret Beach. However, you definitely need to have a scooter and/or car to rent as that will make it easier to go around Koh Phangan. All in all, our stay was perfect!

She even walked back with me to open my room and make sure I'm settled in after a long shift, I'm sure she wanted to go home, but good service was priority for her. It was such a pleasure to stay at. The best service I have ever received in my 5 years living in Thialand. You made my stay unforgetable. All the staff were always super helpful, kind, friendly. I didn't get everyone's names but I want to return mostly because of the great service!
