location for us was perfect, slightly outside the main area of Pattaya (15 mins by car). the hotel was comfortable, the manageress was awesome, really helpful. some outside redevelopment of the beach area and gardens ongoing whilst we were there, which took shape and looked really good. nice quiet, peaceful hotel and location. Hotel seems popular with Thai people on weekend breaks.

Huge villa with huge rooms and very nice owners! This villa has a lot of facilities: deep pool with lights, billiard, huge LED TV with karaoke system and 2 microphones, disco lights, jacuzzi etc. There was even a koi pond!! Amazing ☺️ All rooms were clean, sheets had very nice smell, my friends loved it so much. All air conditioners worked very well. The toilet rooms were spacious. There were kitchen utensils too, so it was very convenient.

Breakfast was very good, sea is very close but no beach to lie down. very nice swimming pool. jacuzzi needs restauration. almost impossible to get transportation from the hotel, maybe because we were there around new year's eve.
I liked that we got fresh towels and cleaning every day. Additionally, the pool was cleaned and the BBQ facilities were good enough for a party of 12 people.
It was great fun for the children with the swimming pool and other facilities. Rooms were attractively painted and the whole building is an architectural marvel. Staff were always helpful.
The room on the balcony over looked the lush garden. The garden also had a pool table and swimming pool.
The staff were very helpful and friendly - nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
I chose the hotel because it was close to the port (work) but now believe that it was a better option than going to one in Pattaya.
Using an app like Bolt, you can get back from Pattaya for about 130baht.
