iChapter is an excellent hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided assistance beyond what we would normally expect.
The rooms are big and comfy. Quiet aircon, TV with English language channels, fast wifi, good bathroom, and daily service. The breakfast is good value as well.
It is just 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and restaurants and supermarkets are just a couple of minutes walk away.
Thanks to the staff for making our stay so memorable, we will certainly be back.

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The only thing I liked was the woman who works in the restaurant. This is the most pleasant person who is constantly in a good mood and with her positive she charged other people.
Well, the pool is also not bad, more or less clean.

In spite of the fact that the resort is far from the main road, it is nevertheless a piece of heaven in itself. A large swimming-pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. The rooms are large and have an equipped kitchen.

The serviced apartments were exactly what we needed, a place to stay before and after shopping. If we went there to relax and stay around the apartment it wouldn't have been the right place. It was a small apartment with a very small balcony with a view of another building and due to COVID we needed to request to use the swimming pool so it wasn't worth the hassle.
