This was such a nice environment, with sight on a jungle and mountains around the swimming pool. Really quiet and peaceful. No noise from traffic or loud insects in the bushes. Made for relaxing. The couple working here are very polite and helpful. There are though no restaurants or shops nearby, one has to either rent a scooter or a car, or depend on tuktuks or taxis. There is one very tasty street-food stop like 500m down the road to Ao Nang. We had a meal there several times and our son was playing with their sons and nephews. It was really nice socializing with the owners. As if we were with our own family. If we come back to Ao Nang area we will definely stay again at Kannapat House!

There is very few things beating a morning coffee, whilst looking over the greenery of the surrounding landscape whilst listening to an eliphant trumpet. The hosts spoiled us with local cakes and pineapples. We were also able to rent scooters from the host, and a bbq was available on request.
