Very nice hidden gem within a great location. Very clean and felt upscale. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive helping to organise a private driver for a day trip. The breakfast selection was good. A very comfortable room with a great theme and setting. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean, well managed hotel with somewhat young vibe. All the staff were excellently kind, room was very clean. What I really liked was the good flow of hot water in shower, this is my 3rd hotel in Chiang Mai for the trip and here is the best for that. Water purifier is in the lobby and 4 bottles of water and 2 bottles of zero coke were provided every day so you don't have to worry about hydration. Sunday market is right outside of the alley (a minute to walk) so the location is perfect.

The staff were so professional and genuinely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond for me (I accidentally overstayed and they kindly let me know and i booked one more night, then they told me I had left something in my room when I was leaving, they told me directions every time I asked them etc...)
I noticed the difference when I checked into my next more expensive hotel and the staff were rude and unhelpful- It made me realise even more how great they all were at On Thapae :)
