We arrived hours before our booking but were greeted and provided with our room well before the check-in time. This was much appreciated as I was travelling with my three young children. We were upgraded on arrival and had a lovely, large room, we were also given a goodie bag to take up with us which had biscuits, chocolates, water and juice - this was a lovely touch and also very much appreciated.
I had accidentally left a suitcase at the airport, and the staff accommodated getting me back in a hotel car to pick it up.
Breakfast was excellent, with ample staff to help - Moon and her staff were amazing and she really made us feel welcome.
I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again as it was one of the highlights of my stay in Thailand.
