Loved everything, staff so lovely and attentive. We booked for 8 nights and extended to nearly 2 weeks, our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels, water and coffee! We hired a moped and the lady on reception arranged it all and the bike was dropped off in 10 mins! So happy with the place and will 100% come back again!

It is a modern, comfortable and well equipped hotel for discovering the Krabi city and close neighboroughood. At the hotel we rented a scooter (in super condition) and drove around to visit the temples, beaches and Krabi market in the evening. That’s a great place to eat delicious Thai food or even continental style breakfast in the cafe close by.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left a necklace in the room after check out and they kindly mailed it to me. The room was clean and spacious and there were toiletries in the bathroom. The pineapple hotel is in a good location and would recommend others to stay here
