It is a small boutique resort in which every room faced the sea across a beautifully kept garden and three swimming pools, one for children. The breakfast was excellent and sedrved in the same space as lunch and dinner. Dinner was beautifully prepared and presented Thai cuisine with a choice of interior or interior tables.
All staff were very friendly and efficient and the owner came to talk to all guests in turn during breakfast.

We found the property perfect for what we needed. It’s located 10min drive from Cha Am where you will find all you need. Beach, shops, restaurants etc. The property is spotless, with a spacious shower and bedroom. Also with some lovely personal touches from the owners. There is private parking and secure gate entrance.

the unit was large , all basic facilities were provided. bedding, towels and all basic kitchen supplies including full sized refrigerator and microwave. Nice rain shower and bath in main bathroom - excellent shower in second bathroom. The property has a gym and 2 pools. Condo property rules were a bit strict - no drinking alcohol near pools etc. Too many fun-Police . The room was great , but not much to do in near vicinity - a car is a must. Thank heavens for 7-11 600m down the road! Spoiler alert - we think Cha-am is boring!
