iChapter is an excellent hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided assistance beyond what we would normally expect.
The rooms are big and comfy. Quiet aircon, TV with English language channels, fast wifi, good bathroom, and daily service. The breakfast is good value as well.
It is just 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and restaurants and supermarkets are just a couple of minutes walk away.
Thanks to the staff for making our stay so memorable, we will certainly be back.

The staff are so lovely. A great welcome to Thailand. We sat by the pool area and had some drinks and food. We had a great night. Definitely a great spot for a break after your long flight. The bed was so comfy.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
It was close and convenient to the airport... 150 baht taxi ride. Lovely staff, good food and beautiful surroundings. We swam in the beautiful big swimming pools visited some fabulous temples nearby 15 mins away and a mall. It was a good way to spend a day. The staff were very kind and helpful.
We staid over night with my family and we had no chance to use the swimming pool.
Location and shuttle service is quite convenient. Not shops close-by but the hotel as a restaurant/bar with quite good food.

Great for a stop off, I had a one night stay while waiting for my early morning flight. Friendly staff. Nice and clean with a swimming pool. What's not to like?
Room is large and new, well furnished and clean. Water cooler is provided. Wifi is perfectly adequate. Swimming pool is good. We could check in early, for a fee (it never happened to us to have to pay, but I guess it can be considered normal so to be able to check in early was a plus).
Clean and comfy hotel with a nice swimming pool and perfect for staying a few nights before or after flying. The restaurant offered great dinner and delicious cocktails.
