It is a big villa and it has lots of rooms. It is perfect if you are traveling with big family group. Three bed rooms with 1 king bed, 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Two carpeted sitting rooms as well. There is an open kitchen with gas stove. A nice swimming pool but what water is not heated. Very nice sitting areas and balconies outside to enjoy the view. There are amazing views from the villa especially from the master bedroom balcony. There is very nice view point that is almost 1-2 mile from the villa, and you can see the entire city from that view point. The main circular ring road is about 1 mile from villa. Very easy access to the city (restaurants and stuff). The garage is gated, you can park your car inside and the door can be closed via a shutter. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff very honest. Wrong amount of tax charged on check in. I didn't even notice. They called after we got to room to inform us of mistake and money refunded in cash within 5 minutes. We didn't even notice error. Birthday setup for kid was amazing and really good price for cake and decorations. All smart tv setup in rooms. Backyard bbq area. Very quiet laid back location. Setup for cooking with all required utensils.

Smiling manager Mr. Hesham.Nice small garden with marvellous sitting area and kids toys , inside it was wide with beautiful decorations, swimming pool with light system, big TV screen, good bed mattress and enough pillows. Well equipped kitchen, nearby grocery, mosque, barber shops and laundry.

The decor and hospitality. Especially given that our stay was over the National Day. The location was also central to the area and sights.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The location is beautiful. The room size was nice (with chairs/couch and small kitchenette), and we enjoyed having a private balcony in our room. The restaurant had good food and a lovely outdoor seating area.
