Spa was outstanding and use of saunas, hot tubs, pool, salt rooms etc were included in hotel price, but unfortunately the indoor pool was closed for cleaning for two days of our stay. The outside pools were amazing but unfortunately they were closed for the winter? Shame we did not know this before hand. Wide breakfast selection from fruits through cold meats to cooked omelettes and sausages catered for all. 5th Floor restaurant served good quality food at a very reasonable price would advise booking to reserve a table for the time you want.. There was a large lounge area supported by a 24 hour bar where you could also order food. Taxi rides from airport took @ 30 mins and cost 25 euro. Taxis into Prishtina center were 15 mins and cost @ 10 euro, all booked through the hotel staff. Traffic can get very busy at peak times, however there are lots of friendly bars in the town center when you eventually get there.

I highly recommend! Comfortable hotel in the heart of the city! I have never slept in such a comfortable bed in any hotel! The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very kind.

Hotel Gracanica was an absolute treat and amazing surprise for my GF and I. To be honest we did not have many expectations for our short stay before the bulk of our travels but this Hotel was the perfect start to our trip, the pool was perfect for a hot summer's day, the greek salad was the best we had all over Europe, the bedroom was clean, minimal and comfortable, and lastly the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and awesome! Would highly recommend this hotel if you were to visit Pristina.
