We've had a pleasant experience having booked two nights at Roser House -Colobita. First of all I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful and friendly as well as the hotel itself was very nice and clean, nothing to complain .The outside pool was amazing , we enjoyed it a lot. Another important aspect is that the SPA was absolutely fantastic, very clean and you could use it as much as you could as long as it was in the time schedule . Thanks and see you next time !

Both the hot running water and internal heating are provided by a wood stove located under the house, just a bit below street level. Ample stash of firewood. Note for winter stays: in order to keep the house warm you must step outside several times a day and fill the stove with firewood. There may be horse-drawn or car-drawn sleigh rides organized.
