Pool is always ready if you're not in the mood of going to the beach. Kitchen even overequipped. You can make any type of BBQ you want (even Leitao or pizza). Hammock can be hang anywhere. Fireplace in the house will keep you warm and cosy and two big tables will fit any party whether it's family or friends.
