We were assisted with our luggages from the time that we went out the parking space. From the security, Sir Michael, to the caretakers, Ate Jocelyn and Ms Barbara. Polite and very helpful.
Room is spacious. Good for 2 families with 9 adults, 3 children. (2 single beds. 3 beds for couples. Plus mattresses pillow and comforter.
Well clean toilet and bath. Towels were provided. Cloth hangers were provided for swim wears.
Easy cooking. The unit has its own utensils. Cooking appliance and dishwashing supplies.
Air conditioning was superb.

We came here whilst it was getting built 7 years ago. We came back and its beautiful. Everything is less than 2min walking distance. Standard room was perfect for me and my two kids. Wifi was good. Pools gorgeous. The beach is lovely (not white sand) with rock pools, perfect for a morning walk. Staff was amazing, the waiter a young gentle man was very attentive and sweet. The ambiance was perfect, went on a tuesday so its was peaceful.

Everything was surrounded by nature. The property is beautifully landscaped with other things you can do such as yoga, sunset viewing deck, a pool, walking around the property feels like an adventure because of how big it was. There are 2 friendly dogs, and the host are very welcoming and will walk you through their property. They have attentive and caring staff as well, and this is always a good sign that the place is excellent.
the place reminded us those places we grew up on and brought back happy memories we experienced when we were young. we had rivers for swimming though and not the beautiful swimming pool at the site which we both enjoyed.
Exceptionally high standard of construction.
We were four persons in the house, we had a last moment check-in and the owner and the staff accepted us warmly and kindly. The smart TV is huge although we didn't use it. All the appliances are branded and of the highest quality. The pool is amazing and clean with lights and good ambiance. Everything was extremely clean, neat tidy and complete. The response time was immediate. The house is soundproof. Amazing experience and accommodating.
