This is an absolutely stunning hotel set in a former convent. It is pure luxury but such good value. Staff were great. Food was so good. Breakfast is included and amazing!!! Very clean. The spa facilities are fabulous. Great location .

The proactive care taken by the staff at Explora to organise a smooth arrival and departure, as well as the constant check-in and courtesy, the beauty of the site, the comfort of the beds, the sate room to details and room set up for the night, the spa (perfect to relax after a day adventuring), the experiences offered, the books about Peru in the lounge area, the awesome guide. The food!! All was fantastic!

The staff was very friendly, polite and Discrete. They were always willing to listen and give an advice for plans and how to move around the city. The private time at the swimming pool was awesome.
Amazing location, just 1 minute walk from the main square. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I booked a double room with balcony. The room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful and well supplied with hot water. The breakfast is prepared quickly and you can enjoy it indoors or outdoors in the garden which I loved. I stayed for 5 nights and was extremely happy and thought it amazing value for money.
Very high quality hotel. Outstanding staff and service throughout. The bedroom was large and comfortable, but the bathroom was even better. Absolutely huge and with an incredible whirlpool bath and excellent waterfall shower. Highly recommended.

We were not able to use the facilities (gym) due to covid restrictions. I would have loved to use the swimming pool but our flight was early.
