I made a last minute booking and I was amazed at how everything was organized, it is an incredible 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom apartment with a pool and a crazy rooftop with a 360º view that seems unreal. What made my entire week (I only stayed for 1 night) was having a breakfast (good price and great quality) on the rooftop with the ocean view. I will go back for sure and thank you to the team for all the options they offered me to make my stay complete !
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The location is perfect. It overlooks the water and is a very short walk from the ferry landing. The pool is small, but the view is excellent, and it was nice to cool off after lunch and a walk. Our room was front-facing with an ocean view, and I enjoyed my morning coffee from the balcony. The room was very comfortable. The entire hotel is spotless, and Dave Logan, your host, is engaging and full of information and stories.
The property is incredibly clean, and in a great location. The pool is especially wonderful on those hot days. The owner Dave is an absolute delight and knows a great deal about the island. He gave great hiking and sight seeing info in addition to making exceptional cocktails in the beautiful lounge. His pina colada is seriously the best you’ll ever have!
Villa Caprichosa exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink by the attentive staff. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The presence of greenery added a touch of nature to the surroundings. The on-site restaurant served a delicious dinner. The pool area offered a serene retreat from the hustle of daily life. Overall, Villa Caprichosa provided an unforgettable experience.
We had the suite with the private pool and it is gorgeous. The attention to detail in decor throughout the property is amazing. There is free pickup at the ferry and the welcome drink is a nice touch. The owner greets everyone at check in and was onsite during our stay. The view is awesome, staff is fabulous and food/drinks at the restaurant are great.
Super friendly and helpfull staff. Beautiful place with lovely plunge pool, a nice deck and hammocks for relaxing. The rooms were nice and clean. We stayed for a full week and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was good. Staying at the Cerrito Tropical Eco Lodge felt like being at home (away from home). I hope I'll get the chance to visit again one day!
The hotel was great, we booked it last minute and we couldn't get better on the island I believe. Very access to the island, 2 min walk from the pier. Nice swimming pool, good size of room.
Really relaxing outdoor area with different seating options, hammocks and a small plunge pool. Made us stay an another day just for relaxing.
It is a quite steep hike the last 100 m to the hotel, but if you are reasonably fit it is no problem.
The room had a working aircondition and fan. The beds were not too comfortable, found them quite hard.
Breakfast good, with fresh fruit.

Nice 🏊♀️ swimming pool, don't miss the sun rise from this place.
Special large towels for the pool. Bathrobe, I didn't ask if it can be used outside at the beach
Very nice hospitality from the British gentleman who own and runs the place.
It is a good boutique hotel, it is very obvious that the owner puts his hart and soul in his hotel.
Very much enjoyed my stay here. Dave is helpful and knows how to make cocktails.
The hotel is one minute from the pier and has nice pool great for swimming or just relaxing. Two beaches are near by.
In the front of the hotel is small restaurant worth to visit. (they are open only during the day)
The place was spotless and my bathroom felt like 5* hotel. The hotel use filtered water and my skin felt soft even after spending time in the pool.
Lovely place.
