Room was very clean and a good size for a family of 5. Bathroom was very clean and the shower had great water pressure.
Motel is on the main road and across the road from a playground. The staff member was very helpful when we asked to use the BBQ.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and we were received in an extremely friendly manner. A dress we forgot in the room was sent back to us within days, and communication was very easy.

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.

The hotel was just a 5-10 min drive to Kaitaia where you could access more shops e.g. paknsave, warehous, more restaurants etc.,
Great location if you want to be close to Cape Reinga lighthouse to get there nice and early the next day and miss the crowds! Awesome bar attached to accommodation with food, drinks, a small library, pool tables, friendly staff and an old-school atmosphere. Room was small, cosy and had character. Great experience that made our trip up North memorable. Would stay here again in the future.
