I like everything about it..the friendly staff, the room super confortable, the breakfast spread is delicious and the facilities are amazing also..though we had to wait for our rooms to check in, so while waiting at the huge lobby, we were given some refreshment drinks and i was also offered a short massage. I like that the three bedroom apartment has a marvelous view. I enjoyed the swimming pool facilities. The pool was the best part I’d say besides the view.
Receptionist Mimi and Maya was very welcoming and engaging. They were very helpful in accommodating all of my questions.The location was serene surrounded by the greens and not very far from the city centre and amanjaya mall. The Ramadan buffet was splendid. So many stations provided local and some Italian foods. Kudos to the chefs and kitchen team. The swimming pool and the gym was well maintained and cleaned. The housekeeper did well although some nooks and cranies a bit dusty.
Start with the front desk receptionist was very polite and the check in process was very smooth and fast. Next to concierge service was too good, no need to request they are waiting at the hotel entrance. Room was spacious, clean, neat and there are toiletries provided. Bed was spacious for 3pax. View from the window was pleasant. The hotel is magnificent in look. The staff all are very polite. The swimming pool also very clean.
