Hotel was lovely. Very clean, squeaky clean in fact. Toilet button kept getting hung up but we figured it out. Not many outlets to charge phones but that’s common. Elevator doesn’t work but we only had one flight of stairs so no big deal most places don’t have one either. Beds were hard but pillows were great. Nice to have continental breakfast included. It was bananas and apples and cereal and rolls. I would stay there again.

Literally everything was outstanding: the staff (super responsive via WhatsApp, before, during, and after our stay), the place itself with spotless clean and spacious rooms in the middle of this tropical paradise of a hacienda, to the food, and the excellent location if you want to visit Uxmal, Chizen Itza, and Merida. The hotel will also organize local travel and sightseeing trips for you if you want. If you are in Yucatan, this is THE place to stay at.

we had a 2 bedroom unit, as we wanted a king bed. the unit was very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. obviously lots of money spent on the design and decor. bed very comfortable. location hard to find but worth the trouble. a lovely oasis. staff very helpful. parking very secure. we had trouble getting connected to internet and staff were very persistent and managed to get us connected, which we appreciated.
