Great location within walking distance to shops, banks and the sea front. Underground parking is available and there is a good rooftop swimming pool and bar.
The hotel is quite new with a modern reception, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym and restaurant are on the roof with the best view of the city and Caribbean Sea. The room was lovely and comfortable. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast in the lovely restaurant downstairs. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. In the centre of town so close to everything and a 5 minute walk to the water taxi terminal and evening foreshore market and activities! They offer a free shuttle to the airport.
We could get into our room earlier / bathroom and room had a good size. / Little swimming pool was a plus. / restaurant -food was ok- has also vegan options / very friendly staff
We had a great stay at the Hotel Lagoon. The hotel is really beautiful and private with a nice swimming pool. It also faces a lagoon that's really nice to look at. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. It's also conveniently close to the Belizean border.
Clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast buffet was always delicious and ready early. Easy quick walk to the Mall across the parking lot, Burger King or McDonalds. It was nice having the swimming pool the kids enjoyed that. We spent 2 nights to celebrate my grand daughter's birthday.
