we had an amazing stay at Heritance. since we arrived, all dinners, hotel areas, diving, everything perfect. the only restaurant I do not recommend so much is the only one was chargeable, it is the Hathaa. the food is ok, but the others restaurants which were mot chargeable, the experience were much better, like a michelin star. also need to mention the person who took care of us all the days, Prashant amazing person, very careful with us, efficient and providing all the requests we had to.

Second stay in less than a year. Great resort, fantastic staff and excellent dining options. The island is very green surrounded by sandy beaches. Villas are spacious and well maintained. Great value especially since the all inclusive option includes more than some other resorts offer in the Maldives.

Excellent service, very attentive staff. Felt right at home from the beginning. Clean rooms. Excellent food in the water villa restaurant, and variety of other food options across the various other restaurants.

The island is beautiful with a bit of forest and (surprisingly) plenty of space to explore on land. Beach and reef is also really nice. The reef is easy snorkeling with the drop-off not far from shore. Watersports were varied and enjoyable and the food (all inclusive package) was varied and tasty. We liked the number of bars dotted around the island in scenic places, and the range of drink options on the all inclusive package. The room itself was immaculately clean (water villa) with wonderful sunrise views.

I didn't plan to post all my photos and write this much, but... I cannot skip it. I have visited many countries, many top hotels, and resorts, but nothing compares to Joali Being. From the moment you arrive at the airport, until the last step, everything is organized as a perfect 10/10. Where to begin? The resort is new and probably the most modern in the Maldives. I thought UAE had the best hospitality, but no place has even come close to the professionalism of the staff here. The food is top-notch. I ate the best steak, breakfast, and much more. I would write what I recommend, but probably it's worth trying anything. Even though you have to pay for most of the activities, including for simply using the tennis field, I strongly recommend doing the organised activities, because the experience is unique and incomparable. I am very sorry that I skipped many of them, until I had the first ones and realized how they do things. The houses are impeccable, very inspirational in terms of architecture and design. I could write more, but... will leave just this: if you have a chance to try this resort, even for just 4-5 days, try it and it will inspire you for life about how things should be done. Thank you very much for the experience and hope to see you again soon.

Koky's outstanding responsiveness and efforts to fulfill our requests went above and beyond, enhancing our overall experience. She took us around the island, providing detailed descriptions of everything and suggesting various activities. Koky also arranged a romantic dinner right on the beach, creating a truly memorable evening. Her thoughtfulness extended to serving us a sunset floaty just before the rain started, ensuring we enjoyed the moment. Additionally, the warm greeting with complimentary bubbles and cake added a delightful touch to our arrival. The seaplane trip to the island was a blast, offering a scenic and exciting journey.
