The location being near to the main pilgrimage site and the town was perfect for us to do the rituals in time. There is a big pool facility which is well maintained and it’s mostly been cleaned by the staff. The staff is always around and about to ask for anything and they respond immediately and lot of generosity is shown.

Size of the rooms was very good, swimming pool was excellent, but the absolute stand out best feature of this hotel is the excellent staff throughout, with particular mention of Sumeera Navinda, who works in the restaurant and went over and above in making our stay an excellent one.
Was a good a good location walking distance to everything. Swimming pool. Lots of wildlife. Though cockroach crawling on my bed.. Ahhh.. Staff nice though vertually no English..
Their food was amazing. It's quite expressive. But It worth. Also Swimming Pool was amazing also. I never tried like that swimming pool in Kataragama. So I think as the best experience Sunflower Hotel is the best as a budget friendly hotel. Also I can't end this without mention the staff. Staff is very friendly. Reception boys, Restaurant Waiters, Security guy as a brothers to us.
