The location was perfect to discover Incheon. In front of the subway. Traditional fishmarket in the back. Room was nice and comfortable. In the hotel lobbey is a nice restaurant where you can eat well.

My husband and I came to this hotel for a one night staycation, and we absolutely loved the experience. It was in an amazing location, close to the subway/train station and surrounded by lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. At one point we had a problem with the shower but they sent someone up within 5 minutes and it was fixed immediately, so that was very convenient for us.
The swimming pool had both a pool and a hot spa type pool. It was really lovely, but very busy at the time we chose! Despite that we still enjoyed it a lot. They have nice spacious private showers you can use before and after swimming too. (In some hotels in korea the swimming pool showers are not so private!)
The breakfast was really delicious, with a great range of western and korean options. I really loved the pancakes! It's a large hall with a lot of tables and chairs so despite being busy it was easy to get a table and sit down immediately.
The staff speak both Korean and English and are very professional and kind. They were always ready to explain things and answer any questions.
Loved my stay here and I would happily stay again in the future. Great hotel for couples, and also families!!

Breakfast was amazing, they had a little something for everyone. and every morning was a little different from the last but the service was consistant. Kind of disappointed they didn't offer couple massagaes but overall there weren't anything problematic with our booking. We used the subway which is a little walk but not too bad. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. I also wish to brag about the room servicebeing fast, kind and just going beyond. They really did make my stay the best.

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
As with the previous stay in November/December 2023, again a good stay in this hotel. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor (this time on the front side of the hotel). It was not the same room as the previous one (backside of the hotel) in last visit. The room was large, high walls+ceiling, nice hot tub, separated shower. The bed was comfortable and a large sized flat TV on the wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean.
I spent a wonderful time there. I would like to highlight the totally professional service, which included good English. They met all my wishes, everything worked smoothly and properly, and the rooftop swimming pool just raised the bar.
