Beautiful location with amazing views, and very friendly and helpful hosts, who have given careful attention to every detail, from the manicured lawn and gardens to the delicious breakfast. The early morning walk up to the village was a pleasant start to the day, and a dip in the pool to cool off at the end of the day was very refreshing.

There are many spaces downstairs that are inviting, and easy to work from. I spent the day working, with great internet connection & pleasant, quiet environment. the restaurant (breakfast & dinner) was also pleasant, with incredible staff and service. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very new & clean! Everything was perfect.

Grove Cottage was one of our favorite stays during our time in Italy. The cottage is incredibly comfortable with spectacular views and thoughtful amenities throughout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Also, Leonardo sets you up with bottled water, wine, coffee, tea, fruit, etc. All of your comforts of home are provided with a thoughtful design throughout the cottage. Leonardo was available at all times for questions and concerns and is incredibly professional and nice. The outdoor space provided is gorgeous. I can't wait to come back and stay here when the weather is warmer. I highly recommend this cottage.

As soon as we arrived we felt at home at this beautiful spot. It’s a little paradise near citta della pieve (which is also beautiful)! Stefano and Shirley are warm-hearted people and helped us a lot! Shirley should become a tour guide ;) Our daughter of 17 went on a horse ride with Stefano, and she enjoyed it a lot! As we were the only guests who went swimming, we had a private swimming pool (but there is more than enough space if other guests would have wanted to swim too). We got delicious home made olive oil from podere Umbro (the Chili one is delicious)! When you wake up you have a view over the valley and the three horses. The two dogs were lovely too! We would recommend going to Orvieto and the villages around Trasimeno lake. We also went to Rome with the train from Chuisi, which took us 2 hours in the centre. Grazia Miele Stefano and Shirley <3
