Wonderful hotel with excellent cuisine. The management and staff were super friendly and provided helpful service. The room was expansive with a nice view. The hotel has excellent wellness facilities. We walked from the hotel to the Kronplatz cablecar.

We really enjoyed the facilities of the hotel! The Spa area has lots of space, outside warm swimming pool, hot tub, few saunas - everything is really stylish, clean and relaxing. The room itself had a great wooden furniture, very spacious, stylish. Breakfast is amazing with large variety of local products.
Good hotel, honest 4 stars. Although the ski lift was only 400 m away, it was very convenient to use the hotel shuttle, which delivered hotel guests to the ski lift every 5 minutes. Spacious free underground parking, charging for electric vehicles. It was convenient to put on warm ski boots in the ski room and immediately board the shuttle. Nice SPA, indoor pool, especially liked the outdoor jacuzzi. Good breakfasts, excellent dinners. I recommend taking half board. It turns out much cheaper than paying extra for dinner.
The property is nice and it looks modern. Our suite room was recently renovated. Facilities are also good (but not astonishingly good): both swimming pool and gym areas were definitely too hot.
Third time here (2nd in the summer, earlier once in the winter too). Well equipped apartment, spacious storage room for bicycles (or skis in the winter), location is close to the city center. Good swimming pool.
Perfect destination for an active holiday.
The breakfast was perfect. Stuff of the hotel very welcoming and helped us in everything we needed. Our room was big enough. Perfect location in Riscone, walking distance from the ski lift Kronplatz 1+2. The parking is just in front of the hotel. Excellent Wi-Fi. Cleaning stuff very friendly and efficient. Hotel guests have access to Crone4 swimming pools with reduced prices eg 1,5 hours - 2.5 euros (instead of 6).
Apt has a very good location. The ski bus is 20m away, market also. There is a very convient underground garage with lift.
Ski bus drive is about 5mins, while walking to gondola is 15 mins.
Dont miss the swimming pool, which is also accessible by the (ski) bus.
Hotel have everything for perfect ski holiday, fast ski shutle, close to the slopes, delicius food, very good ski deposit room, 15m swimming pool, treadmill and indoor bike, also perfect for triathlete😊👌
