It's very very difficult to walk the fine line between being a hotel and a luxury home - and this small hotel has managed to hit that sweet spot just perfectly! It's small, but feels spacious with lovely rooms. The menus are fixed (like a home) but there's a superlative variety and top quality cooking. The staff are friendly, but not over-familiar. Its totally personal but also professional. Bravo!
Superbly well organized for the safaris too - we felt safe and pampered (water blankets, ponchos!) and definitely more knowledgeable thanks to the excellent naturalist who accompanied us (sorry, I'm bad with names)

Staff members were so nice, arranged everything accordingly....The building which is well built inside a large flower farm with all amenities like swimming pool, swing coat, nice landscaping and lighting facility with a neat and clean bathroom facilities!

We had six people, and the location was excellent for families. The surroundings are fantastic, and the stay was quite relaxing. The provided meal was excellent, and the accommodations were quite tidy and roomy. I appreciate your service Mr & Mrs Ajith. we will visit again

This our 2nd visit after a year and the place is more beautiful and best hospitality as always.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
This is a very good resort on the banks of Kabini River and at the edge of Nagarahole Tiger Reserve. Room was spacious with balcony facing the river.The resort has a very friendly staff and has a good restaurant called Tiger Trail. There are play areas for outdoor and indoor sports. This kept children engaged. Resort has vehicles to the safari start point with knowledgeable drivers who talk on forest, forest dwellers and animals. We were happy to spot the Tiger during safari.
We had a magic stay at Kaav Kabini. We stay 2 nights. Managing staff very helpful and very kind.
This is a small and cosy property, we feel at home.

The location is magical right next to the tiger reserve. You really feel that you are in nature. There is a area upstairs to sit, relax and look over the reserve. The staff are fabulous (a jeep safari is a must), the pool is beautiful, the food is good
Our tent opened to the view of the kabini river. it was scene and beautiful. The food was exceptional. we spent the evening relaxing on the porch of our tent or in the pool.
We loved the tranquility of the lodge, the friendliness of the staff, the good food and our room. The staff and management went out of their way to assist guests with their requests. We also enjoyed the clean and sparkling swimming pool.
Our room had a lovely view on the lake - it was very tranquil.
We enjoyed the calm surroundings and the beautiful swimming-pool in the shade of a huge banyan tree.
Obviously, we enjoyed going on safari on the river and in the forest during which we saw lots of wild animals.
Our morning bird watching walk along the river Kabini with a naturalist was also a great success.
