Surprised that hotel arrange for pickup from ferry terminal though i didn't ask for it. Most of the staff were attentive to my needs as a handicapped person. Although there were a few black sheep who were permanently in a bad mood. 1 guy especially was great. Offered me a ride on his motorcycle on my checkout day after seeing that i couldn't get a taxi.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, booking my room around 7 PM for arrival on the same day. Despite the late hour and the fact that I was the only guest in the entire hotel, I was warmly welcomed by Raju, who went out of his way to ensure I felt at home.The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably clean, and I was particularly impressed by the unique and thoughtful design of the bathroom, which added a touch of elegance to the space. The attention to detail in the room’s decor made it a cozy and inviting retreat after a long day of travel.The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional friendliness and hospitality. Nice and quite. The breakfast spread is good and constantly being top up. The hotel room is comfortable in its class. The pool is a nice place to chill out and have a swim.
Had attended the New year eve dinner gala and the food is good. Value for money.

The beach is beautiful and the resort has several inhouse activities for all. E.g cycling, pool table, table tennis and swimming.
As it's a beach resort the area there is a water point outside yr hut/room to wash your sandy feet.
The resort is clean and has private beach. Clean room and comfortable bed. It offers land and sea activities and has a pool for kids. Love the spa.The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but good. We enjoyed the seafood spread.
An awesome place for a weekend getaway ! Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Very good rooms with all the basic amenities. Nice beachside seating for the restaurant. Availability of activities like cycling, ATV, Pool, Volleyball etc make it a perfect place for fun with family and friends. A highly recommended place for your Bintan vacation ! Special mention to Mr Romi for being so accommodating around checkin and checkout timings and everything else.
The staff are super attentive and friendly. Do not expect a western-type resort - we really enjoyed the experience!. There is an outdoor gym and complementary kayak although you cannot go far. There isn't a lot to do, it is the perfect spot to chill and enjoy a totally empty beach and a coconut. Very chilled vibe.
The property is clean, the breakfast is ok. not many options to choose but its ok. The food is good. There is no egg serve on the breakfast station you have to ask for it and they will made one for you. The staff are very friendly. This is our second time visit and some facility are definitely improved. Its a perfect gate for family with kids as they have small kiddie pool if you don't want your kids under the beach for too long,
