Everything was perfect, from the room,service,food and location. The room was nice, big and clean with a nice open shower and bath feeling. Lots of lights coming in. The service from the hotel was amazing! Everything what we asked was no problem. The breakfast was FULL of choices and you have an option to order also something from the menu! Included! The dinner option were amazing,from Asian options and international options. Also the prices were for a 5* hotel very good! We went on an excursion in the morning and leaving at 03:00. They even prepared us a to go breakfast with a sandwich,fresh fruit en Coffe or thee. The location is 15 minutes drive from the center but that’s why is not to loud en really for relaxing! They offer multiple times per day a FREE shuttle to bring and to pick you up from the center from morning till 22:00 in the evening. After all an amazing experience 🙏 thank you.

Everything in this hotel has been carefully thought of (architecture & decorations, employees, services and comfort). From my arrival, I felt very welcomed (by the security guard and then, the receptionist). My room was better than I was hoping for, the bed was comfy, the pool lovely, the pool was big. Coffee and fresh fruits were offered, and that was a lovely surprise. The food at the restaurant is absolutely exquisite and of high standards (plus generous portion!) I can even compare the desert quality to the ones back home in France (earl grey chocolate mousse... divine!) I've also tried Indian, and western dishes, and all were magnificent. On top of all of these, there is a great pool, shade for your walk from the lobby and room to the pool/restaurant area, the cocktails from the bar are excellent, and the new pool bar (which also welcomes locals) is huge and offers a nice ocean view! There is not one single thing I haven't enjoyed during my stay, from the soft music played in the pool/garden area to the Hatha yoga class in the morning to the way the security guard smiled and welcomed me upon arrival. This hotel is outstanding and so are every single employee working here. Thank you for everything!

Felt the magic of Bali instantly, arriving to a cleansing ritual and delicious lemon juice. This is truly a beautiful place and I loved the rice fields and lush gardens. The staff are overall very kind and accommodating. The rooms are spectacular with everything you need, amazing bathtub and nice Bonus the bath salts. Frangipani in every corner of the room makes everything feel blessed. Stunning pool, good gym, the dinner was incredible (mushroom and tofu dumplings and mango salad) and the breakfast coconut and mixed juice were amazing. I enjoyed having a beautiful space for my yoga practice. Nice touch the free photo session and bicycle ride although I couldn't do any of them due to lack of time.
