This review comes from a couple that stayed for 10 days so we got to experience everything at its fullest. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing had so many choices even for every kind of food restrictions and even if it wasn't on the menu you could just ask and it would be done. The gym was well equipped for a hotel Gym, very clean and it also had a very calming effect. The pool was so beautiful with the trees and the flowers you could just hang out there for hours. Furthermore what makes this place unique is the wonderful staff that was the kindest staff i have ever interacted with, to the room that was big and clean with fresh water everyday and new towels. The most amazing person was Yogi that did the housekeeping and always left us cute towel animals and notes. When we came across him outside the room he always asked us if we needed something or if he could help us in some way. He was the absolute best. Oh and last tip dont forget to try the spa inside the hotel it will be a life changer 💖😁

The location is prefect especially for 1st time travellers to Bali. The hotel is adjacent to the mall which is very convenient. Everything in 1 place; high end shopping, supermarket, pharmacy, security, food court, sunset view, Kuta beach access and easy access to market stalls as well. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, which made our stay very pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Would definitely go back.

I like a lot about the property. Its proximity to airport, main Kuta streets and beach. The food at reasonable price, the common areas, rooms and larger bed size. I also like the staff with friends/family vibes. The Saturday night free dinner for everyone and time to bond with other guests is a premium :)

This was my first time staying at a hostel so I was a little bit worried before going there but I felt safe and everything was perfect. Everything is clean and comfortable. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Property accepts credit card for payment. Room and the bed are big and comfortable. Swimming pool is small but clean. They prepare towels near swimming pool. Location is amazing great, 3 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to shopping mall and % coffee, not far from bar street. It’s quiet at night. The bathroom is also big enough with bathtub. Total I must said it’s too worthy to stay here.
