something to note: there are some strict rules for bathing suits at the swimming pool (full body) and there is no alcohol.
In ASTON Gorontalo Hotel, personal was very nice and friendly. Service also good and quick.
I visit this city with business trip. I hope I will come back again to ASTON.
By the way. You may swim with whale shark in sea, available only in Gorontalo.
The room was nice and clean and the people (Harry & Mimin and their team) managing the place are fantastic. They‘ll show you around, organize the whaleshark-swimming and know a lot about the area. Breakfast is nice, WiFi available and everything was perfect.
Exceptionally polite and friendly staff, good-sized swimming pool for laps or just relaxation; ample selections for a very tasty buffet breakfast, spacious room with very comfortable (firm) bed and plenty of hot water in shower.
We stayed only one night but it was perfect. The room is very simple but harry and his family was very welcoming with us and it was easy to share with them. He suggest us to go to swim with whales shark the next day and it was an incredible experience. The location of the homestay is nice and close to very good restaurant (a little one and a big one, both delicious). The neighborhood is peaceful so you can rest easily.
