The staff! Their hospitality and warmth was outstanding and as it was my third time there I felt like family. I have to give special mention to Natasha and Evi who greeted us at breakfast but there were others whose names I did not note. Sorry.
The restaurant and menu was excellent. Service was great as was the atmosphere. The gym facilities were fine as was the pool and basketball court.
But above all the excellence of the staff made it for me. Even those who made up my room! Outstanding! I look forward to returning.

One of the best stay we ever had!
We came as a family for both business & leisure, we booked a business suite since it's a long stay.
We enjoyed every moment there as the service was top notch. All staff are friendly & approachable.
Despite arriving close to midnight, Front desk was very efficient during check in and we managed to go to our rooms with no issues.
Business Suite is a value for money, such a huge room with 2 wardobes, 1 huge bathroom & a king bed.
The hotel is connected to CSB Mall, which has LOADS of food choices & kids friendly activities.
Our booking includes breakfast, and we loved their pastries so much. We would like to compliment one of the staff Mr Arief for the superb service, thankyou making the best cup of cappuccino.
For our business agenda, we managed to book a meeting room, with the help of Mr Deya (apologies for the wrong spelling) he helped to coordinate the booking and everything went smoothly.

The room was really decent sized as was the bathroom, staff very friendly . Good buffet breakfast and central location for eating and shopping.

Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
Very good hotel in a really nice area we walked from the trainstation but they have a transfer option too. We cut the long traintrip from jakarta to yogjakarta in half by staying in this hotel and the swimming pool and nearby bar (next door with a 737 aircraft on the roof) were just what we needed. Breakfast was also very extensive, plenty of choice.

The location just outside Cirebon is good. We had a view looking out to the volcano and overlooking the 4 swimming pools.
There was so many things to for children to do which was great, and all the staff were very friendly. The room service and breakfast was very good
A nice retreat in village themed resort. Very nice swimming pool with very clear natural water. Room themed in a classical village style, with an outdoor bathroom. There's a Smart TV in room with YouTube and all sort of streaming services available. Staff were superbly hospitable, with front reception lady staff being so kind and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and freshly made Nasi Goreng were the champ. I'm definitely coming back for another retreat
