Welcomed by helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool, nice restaurant, big helpings. Good beer. Felt like we were in the Campo not the city. Good breakfast. All great, would stay there again.
The breakfast was very good, the hotel has a swimming pool but we didn't use it. The style of the hotel is like a traditional old family house with green areas. Big closets in the room.
I stayed here a few weeks before and really enjoyed the hotel location and facilities. Nice swimming pool and gym and the restaurant has good food - albeit it is a bit expensive.

this place exceeded my expectations and became an excellent relaxing get away nested in the jungle. Tucans can be spotted whilst swimming in the pool which we found interesting. Food was excellent and I recommend the Jungla bar for great beer and food which is run by Jason which he is knowledgable very friendly and will help you with anything. one of the good guys for sure.
The Hyatt is quite a modern hotel and has very large comfortable rooms, with good facilities. It offers food and drinks at La Placery restaurant. The food is good but the drinks are quite expensive. It is close to City Mall a modern and safe shopping centre. There is a swimming pool on the event level and a gym.
