The staff was extremely professional. Always cordial and helpful, speaking multiple languages, they helped us in organizingvarious activities (e.g. renting a car, boat tours, kayaking...). The position is superb: 100 metres from the beach. The structure is cozy, romantic and well-thought, ornamented with a plethora of Mediterranean and tropical plants and flowers that, around the swimming pool, create a unique atmosphere.

The property looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We stayed at the White Lily for 5 nights and we enjoyed every single minute there. Here's why: - Clean!The room and the pool area were very clean. The staff made sure to clean our room every single day with great attention to details, leaving our room smelling very nice. The water in the pool and the sun beds were very clean as well, making in very enjoyable to spend time by the pool. - Quiet! The area is very quiet so we were able to rest properly. - Well positioned! The property is very close to the beach and there are loads of restaurants nearby. Fira is easily reachable as well by public transport, there's a bus stop located 2 mins from the hotel. - Extremely helpful staff! Petroula and all the other members of the staff were very welcoming and kind. They helped us with all our requests, we were even able to check in early on the day of our arrival. Petroula speaks great English and she helped us book taxis and everything else we needed during our trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

1. LOVE that it is a family owned/run business and you can tell they care. The two sisters and their brother are on the property and are extremely helpful and friendly. 2. Great communication ahead of time regarding arrival/luggage storage. She arranged for our taxi ride from the airport as well as for an excursion and our return trip. Very nice and friendly taxi drivers. 3. Welcome cocktail in our room! There is a pool bar with a limited variety of items but definitely satisfactory. 4. Nice size refrigerator and plenty of cups/plates in our room. 5. Best part was our balcony where the four of us would hang out when not on the beach or pool. 6. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom was large. Good air conditioning. 7. Convenient location to the beach and restaurants. There is a good grocery store a little further of a walk. The guys at the restaurant/lounge chairs you see first when walking to the beach are very nice but the food was marginal. So many great options to the left (our fav was Apollon with great staff and great food).

We loved it! The pool and bar area were great! The location was phenomenal, just a minute walk to everything and the beach. Our room was fantastic, we were on the upper level with a large comfortable king bed, our own private patio overlooking the pool and the ocean. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

We had an unforgettable stay in our lovely suite! It was very luxurious. Extra spacious and modern with comfortable bed. The pool area was offering great sea views. Breakfast was great and everyone there was so helpful and friendly. We ordered a few cocktails and food which were great and the delivery quick.
