Ammos Villa was perfect for our first trip to Kefalonia. Fantastic, spacious rooms and great location. We loved the private pool and the open plan living. We enjoyed visiting the bars and restaurants which are just a short walk from the property in either direction. Property was very quiet and very well equipped. Great communication from the host and very responsive.

The villas were very big, clean and also the space outside with the pool and tables was very spacious.
The location was ok, 40 minutes drive from Argostoli, but 10 minutes from Lixouri.

Unfortunately it was the end of the season so the restaurant was closed but the restaurant location looked amazing and I would like to visit again when it is all open.
The view from my room was incredible and it was the best sunset I have seen since arriving on the island.

What a fantastic property. We stayed in the superior seafront apartment. The views were amazing.
From the moment we arrived, Maria made us feel welcome. There was provisions in the fridge, tea and coffee, water, beer, fruit and wine!
We had beach towels and she even kindly supplied a lovely beach bag. There was a washing machine and tablets to wash out our towels every evening.
The room was opposite the pool which was private and exceptionally clean!
We had air con, TVs, daily cleaning and the best part was by far breakfast on your terrace ever morning. Consisting of tea, coffee, juice, fruit and yogurt, and home made sweet and savoury dishes. Absolutely delicious.
The location was fabulous, a 2 minute slow stroll and you are on the beach just by Costa Costa and also a 5 minute stroll into Lassi of an evening. And very easy to walk in and back. Alternatively a 10 minute cab ride to Argostili.
Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and we will definitely go back.

Wonderful hotel in great location on the promenade and a short walk to the pedestrianised town centre. Room was excellent with balcony over looking the pool. Lots of choice for breakfast and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Highly recommended.

It was exactly what we needed : a hotel with all the basic comforts, good breakfast and swimming pool in a large garden with nothing pretentious or fanciful. Having a five year old daughter, we particularly liked the children's pool as well as the presence of a lifeguard. We will definitely come back if in Lixouri!

I can not explain how wonderful it was! Starting with the view and the facilities from the apartament.the host was really nice and welcoming offering all the details we needed. It was such a quiet lovely place with a breath taking view . The swimming pool was a key point for us sincer it was a great addition for the days when you were not feeling up for the beach. All in all everything was beyond what we expected it was incredible.
The most beautiful villa . The Villa was clean , spacious and had the most gorgeous swimming pool and garden with stunning views. Bedrooms were spacious and airy with beautiful bedding. Only a short drive into lixouri we enjoyed our stay in the sunshine. The swimming pool was cleaned daily and the staff were on hand to help in anyway needed. Just beautiful
This is a great place to say set in lovely gardens with a fantastic swimming pool, and a beautiful view of the sea. The beds are all comfortable - full sized (not child size as one review says), and all the air con works very well. We had a lovely stay here! Host was helpful and responsive.
The appartements are large and clean, in a quite location. The staff and also the owner were very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful with a good choice! They were kind enough to keep the kitchen open a bit later as we arrived late.
Swimming pool is a great size and the views are very nice as well. Better for people with a car as beach is not walking distance, but setting is very peaceful and beautiful.
Peacefull, (apart from neighbouring dogs sometimes barking at night time), beautifull location ideal if you want quiet relaxation. Decent swimming pool is a bonus. Nice taverna within a 10 minute walk. Location may be a little remote for some but we hired a scooter so not a problem for us. The establishment is run by a very friendly and helpful local family. Very good value for money.
