Unfortunately it was the end of the season so the restaurant was closed but the restaurant location looked amazing and I would like to visit again when it is all open.
The view from my room was incredible and it was the best sunset I have seen since arriving on the island.
The pool was spotlessly clean and in a wonderful setting.
The room was spotlessly clean, had a lovely comfy bed/pillows and dressing table and small table/chairs that could be put out on the balcony.
Adequate crockery/cutlery/glasses - basic but fine.

What a fantastic property. We stayed in the superior seafront apartment. The views were amazing.
From the moment we arrived, Maria made us feel welcome. There was provisions in the fridge, tea and coffee, water, beer, fruit and wine!
We had beach towels and she even kindly supplied a lovely beach bag. There was a washing machine and tablets to wash out our towels every evening.
The room was opposite the pool which was private and exceptionally clean!
We had air con, TVs, daily cleaning and the best part was by far breakfast on your terrace ever morning. Consisting of tea, coffee, juice, fruit and yogurt, and home made sweet and savoury dishes. Absolutely delicious.
The location was fabulous, a 2 minute slow stroll and you are on the beach just by Costa Costa and also a 5 minute stroll into Lassi of an evening. And very easy to walk in and back. Alternatively a 10 minute cab ride to Argostili.
Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and we will definitely go back.

When we arrived they said they had good and bad news. The bad news was that our room was 'flooded' and the good news they had made us a room behind reception. We paid 140 euros for this room so we were not amused. The receptionist said she could move us to their sister hotel, We agreed on the condition that we could walk into the center, which is why we had chosen this hotel 7 months previously. Yes was their answer. After 15 mins in a taxi we realised that this was not possible and asked to go back to the Princess. We had to accept the room behind reception. The receptionist was convinced that offering us a coffee or beer that everything would be ok and the room was the best in the hotel! We later found out that this is a TUI hotel and they overbook often when you only book for a couple of nights and if TUI have a booking for a week you are moved to anywhere they can find.
Offering a seasonal outdoorpool, Villa Theodora is situated in Lakíthra. 6km from Argostoli and only 2 km from the sea. Free private parking is available on site.

Excellent stay. Has a large communal pool which is handy for the kids. Close to the airport. tavernas, bakery etc.. just a short walk away. Very quiet area and great for visiting the south of the island. Great value for money and you get to watch the Planes coming in.

My wife and i really enjoyed our stay in Aria Studios! Thalia and her daughter Aria are super cool, friendly, warm and really funny! We love the pool which was always really clean and our room too. The location was great! we will definetely come back really soon!

Beautiful and relaxing surroundings. Well designed spaces, both for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Friendly staff, particularly those at the restaurant. Great facilities, particularly the rooms with shared pools. However, the main pools are beautiful too.
Beautiful view from our room, delicious breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs, bacon & and great continental buffet. Swimming pool was great not overly busy & all the staff were lovely too.
Loved the setting in beautiful and peaceful gardens. The apartment had everything we needed and were exceptionally clean. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. There are only 12 apartments but this meant the staff were very attentive to guests and everyone staying was friendly. The gardens provided so much space to relax and enjoy the sun and although not a swimming pool, the pool was great for cooling down in. Plus there are pool bars and beaches minutes away if we did want to swim. We will definitely be back! 😊

Location was very good close to everything you need but also very quite since it’s slightly above the main road so you can’t hear the traffic. Amazing view from our room but also from the swimming pool. Our room was very clean and tidy. The owner was very helpful and recommended the best beaches and local restaurants.Overall an amazing stay
The property had everything you could need. It was very comfortable with wonderful view’s over the sea and to the side of the mountain. The swimming pool was fantastic with great views and food. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
